Welcome to Kudaz Krochetz! By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Handmade With Care

Every item is handmade with love and attention to detail. Because each piece is individually crocheted, slight variations in size, color, or appearance are normal and make each item unique.

Made-to-Order Items

Most products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Production begins after payment is received. Processing times vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are always welcome!

Please provide as much detail as possible when placing your order. Once work has begun, custom orders cannot be significantly changed.

Cancellations

Life happens........and you may need to cancel your order after it has been started. Kudaz Krochetz is always willing to work with you. If you're not able set up a special arrangement, your order will be forfeited. Additionally, your order will be finished and possibly sold on the site, in person, or at an event.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change, although you will receive notice if a price change is required.

Quotes for custom orders are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Full payment is required before work begins for items priced under $150 unless another arrangement has been agreed upon. A deposit of at least 50% is required for items $160 and above. Accepted payment methods are credit, debit, apple pay, square, and zelle.

Processing & Shipping

Processing time refers to the time needed to create your handmade item.

Shipping time begins after your order has been completed.

Kudaz Krochetz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the postal carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because items are handmade and most are made specifically for each customer:

• Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable.
• Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or if an error was made on my part.
• Please contact me as soon as your item arrives if there is a problem with your order.
• Photos of damaged items may be required before a replacement or refund is issued.

Colors & Photos

I do my best to accurately photograph every item.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings, lighting, and yarn dye lots.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, designs, website content, and original crochet creations displayed on this website are the property of Kudaz Krochetz and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Product Safety

Some crochet items may contain small parts such as safety eyes or other embellishments.

Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Please inspect handmade items regularly for wear before use.
